The Energy Savings Assistance Program provides qualified customers with energy efficiency upgrades for their home. It is mandated by the CPUC, paid for by the California rate payers, managed by the utility companies and installed by an authorized contractor. Thats where CarrollCo comes in. Qualified customers will receive various improvements around their home that make it more energy efficient, safe and comfortable. The Energy Savings Assistance Program is designed to reduce the waste of energy in a household while simultaneously lowering the energy bill, at no cost to the customer!
Attic Insulation: Helps keep heat in during the winter and out during the summer
Caulking: Reduces air leaks that help other energy-efficient measures in your home perform better

Water-saving devices: Low-flow shower heads, faucet aerators and shower control valves reduce the amount of hot water you use and, in turn, the energy needed to heat it.
